Performance Time, LLC (“Performance Time”, “us”, “our”, or “we”) operates the www.carrotology.com website and associated mobile application (together hereinafter the “Website”), which provides an internet-based integrated software application and hardware solution guided by behavior specialists designed to motivate people to achieve goals by helping them better navigate the flow of their day by providing additional support for organization, monitoring, and incentivizing behavior (the “Services”). Kids of all ages and abilities, their families, and support teams can utilize the Services to pinpoint key actions that drive their success and track the results of their efforts. The Services teach users to effectively communicate and collaborate efficiently by creating personalized routines, tracking progress, and helping children develop lifelong skills. The Services are built to live in both the virtual and physical world giving users a truly unique and customizable experience.
This Privacy Policy is used to inform Website and Service users of our policies related to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data and other information by explaining what types of information we collect, how that information is used, our sharing practices, and your choices.

Photos and Videos All users, including adults and kids, will have the option to upload a photo to use as your profile picture. Additionally, in furtherance of the Services we provide, we may require you, or you may have the option to, upload certain photos or videos evidencing completed progress on assigned daily tasks. This information will only be used by us in furtherance of the Services, and such photos and videos will only be retained by us for as long as reasonably necessary to confirm completion of a task in accordance with the Services we are offering to you. Chat Functions You may have the opportunity to utilize a chat function within the Website to interact with us or other users.
